By placing an order with Platter & Co., you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Platter & Co. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to product availability, ingredient shortages, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes will be added where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

A minimum of 14 days' notice is required for grazing table bookings unless otherwise approved by Platter & Co.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order. Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including dairy, nuts, wheat, eggs, and meats. While reasonable precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee that products are completely free from allergens.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive delivered orders.

All platters, grazing tables, sandwiches, and other products are handcrafted. Product appearance may vary slightly from website photographs due to seasonal availability and ingredient sourcing while maintaining the overall quality and presentation of the product ordered.

All website content, photographs, logos, branding, and product images are the property of Platter & Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
